Yerevan /Mediamax/. “HSBC Bank Armenia” announced an open subscription for nominal, coupon, non convertible, non documentary bonds via public offer.

The subscription started on December 16 and will last till January 10, 2009 inclusively.

As Mediamax was told in Marketing Department of “HSBC Bank Armenia” CJSC, allocation of the bonds will be conducted based on the subscription results during the period from January 11, 2009, to January 13, 2009, with the below mentioned terms.

Nominal value of the bond – 100 thousand AMD, the total volume of the issue – 1bln AMD, quantity – 10 thousands, term – 365 days (maturity on January 13, 2010), coupon yield – 9% pa, profitability – 9000 AMD per bond.

Individuals and legal entities may participate in the subscription.
