Yerevan /Mediamax/. “HSBC Bank Armenia” CJSC will provide “Electric Networks of Armenia” CJSC with a long-term loan at the sum of $5mln.

As Mediamax was told in the press service of “Electric Networks of Armenia” CJSC, an agreement is signed with “HSBC Bank Armenia” on providing a long-term loan at the sum of $5mln to fund the current investment program of the company, as well as refinance short-term credits, directed to cover the investment expenses, realized in 2006-2007.

The loan repayment term makes 6 years.

“Electric Networks of Armenia” CJSC is the subsidiary company of the Russian “INTER RAO UES” OJSC energy holding.
