IDBank has been implementing an educational program for students called IDream for several years. The goal of the program is to provide students with theoretical and practical knowledge, and program participants get the opportunity to find a job at IDBank.The IDream 8 program starts on October 2, along with it, IDBank also announces the launch of the IDream 9 program: it will be specially designed for young people forcibly displaced from Artsakh who have a desire to get acquainted with the financial and banking sector.The acting director of the bank’s human capital department, Sona Manucharyan said:“Today, our compatriots who were forcibly displaced from Artsakh have not only a housing problem, but also a job problem. We have more than 50 vacancies. I ask our compatriots from Artsakh to definitely apply and send their resumes. If they match the job description, IDBank will give them priority. We also launch our IDream program, specially designed for the youth of Artsakh. Under the program, the bank management and the best specialists will conduct theoretical and practical courses for them within 2-3 months. Young people will have a clear understanding of the financial and banking sector, its features and, of course, they will be several times more likely to become an employee of IDBank. Students will also get paid for participation in the program, which is an important part of the program.
