Yerevan /Mediamax/. “ProCredit Bank” announced today on increasing its capital by 300mln AMD.

Mediamax was told in the press service of the bank that the additional capital will allow the bank expanding further and will contribute to its growth during the next year.

At present, the capital of the bank makes 6.090bln AMD ($20mln).

With this capital increase the shareholder structure is as follows:

ProCredit Holding AG - 67.49%
European Bank for Reconstruction and Development – 16.67%
KfW – 15.84%.
