Yerevan /Mediamax/. In November, 2008, as compared to October, growth of prices at the volume of 0.1%## is registered in the consumer market of Armenia. As Mediamax was told in the National Statistical Service of Armenia, at that the prices for foodstuffs and nonfoods cut down correspondingly for 0.1% and 1.7%, and the tariffs for services increased for 1.5%. The index of consumer prices increased, as compared to the beginning of the year, for 5.1%, and the prices for foodstuffs and nonfoods grew for 2.5%, while the tariffs – for 11.2%. In January-November, 2008, the average monthly increase of consumer prices in Armenia made 0.5%. The same increase was registered during the analogous period of 2007. 0.1% reduction of prices for foodstuffs in November is mainly conditioned by reduction of prices for bakery goods for 4.3%. At that, as compared to November, 2007, the prices for bakery goods increased for 12.2%. In November, 2008, as compared to October, the prices for petrol and diesel fuel cut down respectively for 11.9% and 11.7%. As compared to the beginning of the year, the prices for petrol reduced for 2.5%, and the prices for diesel fuel increased for 6.2%. Tweet Views 5508
