Byblos Bank Armenia is offering a Diaspora Housing Loan, which enables non-resident Armenians to get a home in the Motherland and benefit from favorable terms when purchasing their own place in Armenia.

The bank said that it will finance up to 70% of the cost of the home, allowing those interested to save time and money by getting a ready-built property at the cost of monthly rent.

“Through its Diaspora Housing Loan offer, the bank seeks to encourage Armenians living abroad to maintain a constant link to their homeland, so they can remain close to what they miss the most: evening strolls with their favorite people, delicious food, homely atmosphere,” the news release reads.

Applications for the Diaspora Housing Loan can be submitted online from Armenia or anywhere else in the world.
