Yerevan /Mediamax/. “Ameriabank” registered the change in regulations and officially increased its authorized capital## stock for 1,2bln AMD more on Wednesday in the Central Bank of Armenia. As Mediamax was told in the press service of “Ameriabank”, in addition to 425 thousand nominal shares, 30 thousand more shares at the cost of 40 thousand AMD each were issued.
