Yerevan /Mediamax/. In the third quarter of 2008, the total assets of ARARATBANK increased for 10.5%##, making 38,3bln AMD as of October 1.

As Mediamax was told in ARARATBANK press service, the bank’s credit investments since the beginning of the year increased for 40% or for 3.822bln AMD, and within the third quarter – for 8.4%, making 13.241bln AMD following the results of three quarters.

The total commitments of the bank in the third quarter increased for 12.2% or for 2.5bln AMD, at that the term deposits of individuals increased for 35.7% or for 584mln AMD.

As of October 1, the total capital of the bank made 5.4bln AMD, having increased since the beginning of the year for 17.2% (795mln AMD). The growth of the total capital of the bank is conditioned by both the formed profit, and the Direct Public Offer (DPO) of the bank’s shares, realized in the beginning of the year, as a result of which the authorized capital stock of the bank was replenished by 381.5mln AMD.

The current profit of the bank in the third quarter increased for 186mln AMD and made 515mln AMD following the results of the three quarters.
