Micro Finance Bank of Azerbaijan (MFBA), which has been functioning in Azerbaijan for already almost 6 years, announced about changing its name to AccessBank.

Mediamax reports referring Trend that the General Manager of MFBA Andrew Pospielovsky, commenting on the decision on changing the name of the bank, stated that the former name did not fully reflect the whole range of activity of the bank, since its sphere became wider than merely micro-financing.

“We change the name, but our shareholders and the mission remains the same – to secure access to the full spectrum of banking services both for small and medium entrepreneurship, as well as for the families with low income”, Pospielovsky stated.
