National Bank of Azerbaijan (NBA) is getting prepared to issue permission to a new bank - PAL Bank, Chairman of the Board of NBA Elman Rustamov stated.

Mediamax reports referring Trend that among the main founders of the bank is Mayis Mansimov, President of Palmali Group, which is specializing in transportation of cargoes in the basins of the Mediterranean, Caspian, Baltic and Black Seas.
