Bank of Azerbaijan took up realization of its plans on doubling the authorized capital stock.

Mediamax reports referring Trend that the State Committee on Securities under the Azerbaijani President registered the prospect of an emission of the bank’s common shares at the sum of 10mln manats.

As a result of the emission placement, the capital of the Bank of Azerbaijan will increase to 20mln manats.
