Yerevan /Mediamax/. Russian “Megafon” mobile operator is not interested in the Armenian market of mobile connection## as the third operator. RBK Daily reports that representative of “Megafon” Tatyana Zvereva said this today, answering the question on whether the Company is going to participate in the international tender for the third license for mobile connection in Armenia. “There is about 2,5mln people residing in Armenia, and there are already two large operators there. It does not represent significant interest for us as a separate project”, Tatyana Zvereva stated. Mediamax recalls that in summer 2008, an international tender will be announced to attract the third operator of mobile connection to the telecommunication market of Armenia.
