Yerevan /Mediamax/. Public Services Regulation Commission (PSRC) of Armenia fined “Cornet-AM” Company today for 2mln drams for violating the law “On e-communication”##.

As the Head of the Legal Department Amayak Amiraghyan stated at the session of PSRC today, in 2007, shareholders Anna Martirosyan and “Converse Invest” company, without the permission of the Commission, handed over to “Call-Net Enterprise Limited” Company correspondingly 68% and 32% of “Cornet-AM” Company.

Amayak Amiraghyan informed that, according to the law, before handing over the shares of a licensed company to the property of another legal entity, the owners have to gain the permission of the regulatory body.
