Yerevan /Mediamax/. Armenian Prime Minister Tigran Sarkisian held a meeting today with the employees of the Central Bank##, which he had headed for the 10 years.

Mediamax reports that Tigran Sarkisian stated that “the experience in the Central Bank work will help me in the government, where a good team should be formed”.

“According to the pre-election program of Serzh Sarkisian, Armenia should become the financial and healthcare center, occupy leading positions in the sphere of tourism in the region, as well as become a country with the best business-atmosphere in the world. To realize these ambitious tasks, we have no alternative other than basing on our intellectual potential”, Tigran Sarkisian stated.

The Prime Minister informed that the main tasks of the new government for the moment are securing equal conditions for business, as well as improving the administration of tax and customs spheres.

Summing up the result of his work in the Central Bank, Tigran Sarkisian noted that “there is not a single establishment in Armenia, which would have a team like the one in CB”.

Tigran Sarkisian informed that this evening he will continue consultations with the Armenian President concerning the composition of the new government.
