Yerevan /Mediamax/. The Central Bank (CB) of Armenia reconsidered the ratings of a number of enterprises//. As Mediamax was told in CB press service, “Euroterm” CJSC is conferred the rating B (previous rating B-), “Araratcement” CJSC is conferred the rating C+ (previous rating C), “Tamara” LLC is conferred the rating C+ (previous rating B-), “Champagne Wines Factory” OJSC is conferred the rating C- (previous rating C), “Mika-Cement” CJSC is conferred the rating C (previous rating C-). The ratings of the following companies remained unchanged:“Pure steel factory” OJSC (B+);“Yerevan Beer” CJSC (B-);“Zovk Factory” JV OJSC (C-);“MAP” CJSC (C-).To compose the ratings, CB uses the credit history of the companies, assessment of their financial activity, liquidity and profitability of the assets, as well as holds interviews concerning the quality of corporate management, staff policy, competitiveness, etc. The companies participate in the rating process by their own request.
