Yerevan, January 24 /Mediamax/. Following the results of 2007, the mortgage portfolio of “Unibank” totaled about 9.7bln drams, which almost three times exceeds the analogous index of 2006.

As Mediamax was told in the press service of “Unibank”, the bank occupies leading positions in the mortgage crediting market of Armenia, and the mortgage program of the bank covers all the regions of Armenia.

“Unibank” provides mortgage credits with a repayment term of 20 years and the interest rate of 16% per year.
