Evocabank has announced that the borrowers who purchase a house or an apartment with a mortgage from Evocabank by December 31 will get a Smart TV as a gift.

The partners who have taken a mortgage for more than AMD 10m or equivalent amount in other currency will be entitled to participate in the campaign.

Evocabank offers 3 types of mortgages:

1. Homes for Young Families program:
- Prepayment starting from 7.5%, without pledging an extra property,
- Nominal annual interest rate - 6.8% [real annual interest rate – 7.21% (3%-6.2% if subsidized)], of which:
•    2% is subsidized in Yerevan, composing 4.8%,
•    4% is subsidized in marzes, composing 2.8%,
- Maximum loan term is 15 years.

2. National Mortgage Company program:
- Prepayment starting from 10%, without pledging an extra property,
- 10.8% [real annual interest rate – 11.57%-14.28%] nominal annual interest rate - for purchase or development of real estate in Yerevan,
- 9.8% [real annual interest rate – 11.57%-14.28%] nominal annual interest rate - for purchase or development of real estate in marzes,
- Maximum loan term is 20 years.

3. The bank’s own resources:
- Prepayment starting from 0%,
- Nominal annual interest rate:
•    AMD - 13%-17% [real annual interest rate – 13.83%-18.41%],
•    USD - 9%-12% [real annual interest rate - 9.41%-12.69%],
•    EUR - 7%-10% [real annual interest rate - 7.25% -10.48%],
- Maximum loan term is 20 years.

“Evocabank will present its partners - mortgage borrowers with free Smart TVs chosen by the borrower from the range of certain models.

Only those mortgage loan applications filled by December 31, 2019 (but could be approved at a later date) will take part in the promotional campaign. The gift will be handed over to the borrower upon the approval of the mortgage loan application.

The prize is non-refundable and cannot be substituted,” Evocabank said.
