Yerevan, December 3 /Mediamax/. “Unibank” concluded the implementation of 7 modules out of 9 within the framework of the program “Improvement of Risks Management Processes” of ABN AMRO bank.

As Mediamax was told in the press service of the bank today, the representatives of ABN AMRO, who visited “Unibank” in November, gave positive assessment to the process of program implementation.

The following modules are implemented: Executive Risk Management Training, Credit Acquisition and Scoring, Collections, Governance /Risk Charter/, Risk Policy, Mortgage Product Program, Operational Risk Management.

As “Unibank” noted, the implementation of the above-mentioned modules will serve as a basis for the implementation of the retail risks management system.

The main goal of the program is “changing the mentality” of an Armenian bank to meet international standards.

The work on implementation of the whole system will be concluded on January 31 of 2008.
