Entrepreneur Ruben Vardanyan has offered Anatoly Chubais, Chairman of the Executive Board at Rusnano, to become the co-owner of the third phase of Romanov Dvor business center, Russian media report.The estimated cost of the building located in close vicinity of the Kremlin is USD 50 million.The third phase of the office complex of 8,000 square meters opened in 2014 and features Apple as the biggest tenant.RD Group founder Gagik Adibekyan was the previous business partner of Ruben Vardanyan, but as Vedomosti reported in early 2018, they decided to divide the co-owned space.
