Converse Bank awarded its employees, which participated and successfully completed the “Introduction to Trade Finance” e-Learning module by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).

“Due to the unprecedented number of participants and outstanding achievements, Converse Bank’s team was awarded with the EBRD’s Trade Facilitation Programme Academic Excellence Award within the frames of “Belarus: Trade Finance 2017” conference on March 17 in Minsk, Belarus.

The EBRD is one of Converse Bank’s most important partners. The cooperation covers trade finance facilities, corporate/SME/MSME lending and training initiatives,” the bank’s statement reads.

Being one of EBRD’s main partners, Converse Bank has cooperated with EBRD since 2008. Converse Bank has been a member of the EBRD’s Trade Facilitation Programme since 2009. The bank won EBRD’s Deal of the Year – Social Impact Award in 2016 and Trade Facilitation Programme Academic Excellence Award in 2017.
