Shaula International consulting company, founded in Armenia, will become the official representative of the Development Foundation of Armenia (DFA) in Italy.

The Foundation informed that the representative will attract Italian investments to Armenia and increase business opportunities.

The corresponding Memorandum of Understanding was signed today by the CEO of the Development Foundation of Armenia Armen Avak Avakian and the CEO of Shaula International consulting company Fabio Lenzi. The ceremony was attended by the Italian Ambassador to Armenia Giovanni Ricciulli.

Shaula International expressed readiness to provide requisite information on Armenia’s business climate, investment opportunities, and preferential trade regimes to the Italian potential investors, and create a solid foundation for doing business between the two parties.

“To enhance bilateral economic and trade cooperation and to better understand the needs and vision of the Italian business community, the DFA should talk business language to the Italian entrepreneurs, and the MoU with Shaula International is the first step to achieving it,” Armen Avak Avakian said.

“We are ready to support this initiative full force in order to attract more international business professionals and investment into Armenia, promote export and tourism,” Fabio Lenzi stated.
