Yerevan, April 12 /Mediamax/. President of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) Arkady Ghukasian signed a decree today on precompensation of the deposits of NKR citizens in “Artsakhbank”, which have depreciated since 1993.

As Mediamax was told in the press service of the NKR President, the government of the Republic is charged with securing, within the limits of the funds, provided for by the NKR State Budget for 2007, the precompensation of the deposits of citizens, as well as military men, who died while defending NKR and the disabled veterans of war of first degree, born up to 1954.
