EY (Ernst & Young) announces the launch of the Compensation and Benefits Survey 2017 in Armenia.

Compensation and Benefits Survey 2017 consists of two parts: Salary Report and HR Policies and Practices Report.

Upon finalization of the survey, a training course will be held for the participants.

Salary data is represented by the regions of Armenia upon sufficiency of data for each region.

The results of the survey are provided in PDF and MS Excel formats in English and Armenian.

The company provides the participants with a free electronic tool for in-house benchmark analysis using the survey results.

The Benchmarking tool allows comparing salary levels in the selected company with respective market salary levels and calculate the amounts, required for adjustment of salary levels according to the chosen market benchmark.

In 2017 EY plans to conduct surveys in the following sectors in Armenia: Economy, Financial and Banking, Pharmaceutical Industry, IT Sector and FMCG.
