Yerevan, February 22 /Mediamax/. The Armenian government approved during its session today the draft law “On making changes and amendments to the law “On regulation of the securities market”” and decreed to consider it “pressing”.

As Mediamax was told in the press service of the government, “the changes will allow the brokers, dealers, accredited managers of Armenia realizing deals by securities of trustworthy foreign companies by means of simplification of the procedures”.

“The decision will assist the increase of the turnover of the Armenian securities, the increase of interest of potential investors, the development of the securities market of the republic”, the press service of the government noted.
