Prime Minister of Armenia Karen Karapetyan said today that the summits and discussions of the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council and Council of heads of governments of CIS states, which took place in Minsk, “were interesting in terms of discussing the issues relating both the market and interests in post-Soviet states.”“Discussions were intensive and substantial during the summit of Eurasian Intergovernmental Council, as they related to Customs Code. We decided to meet on November 15 in Moscow, because there are some unsolved issues,” Karen Karapetyan told journalists. Council of heads of governments of CIS states approved draft of 2017 unified budget for CIS bodies and performance plan of 2015 unified budget.
