Yerevan, January 19 /Mediamax/. The growth of Armenia’s GDP in January-December of 2006 totaled 13,4%.

As the press service of the National Statistical Service of Armenia told Mediamax today, the GDP volume in January-December of 2006 totaled 2665663.5mln drams.

The volume of industrial production in the republic in January-December of 2006 stood at 643503.7mln drams, having decreased by 0,9% as compared to 2005.

The average monthly salary in Armenia in January- December of 2006 increased by 23,5% as compared to 2005, thus making 64001 drams. The salary of budget organizations has increased by 25,8%, making 45130 drams during the accounting period, and the salary of non-budget organizations stood at 77883 drams (growth - 21,2%).
