Yerevan, December 15 /Mediamax/. The Chief Editor of the “Forbes Armenia” Magazine Petros Ghazarian stated in an interview to Mediamax today that “the first issue of the magazine, the presentation of which was held in Yerevan today, was a New Year issue, and the ratings, published in it, had a character of a New Year joke”.

In the first issue of the “Forbes Armenia” Magazine, there was a rating of ten richest people of the republic, the 7th, 8th and the 9th places in which were occupied by the Armenian President Robert Kocharian, Defense Minister Serzh Sarkisian and the Minister of Transport and Communication Andranik Manukian.

According to Petros Ghazarian, “the magazine did not present any figures of the material well-being of this or that person”. He noted that one of the internet editions, which wrote about the rating, published in the “Forbes Armenia”, added figures to the rating, after which many media outlets started to use this information, quoting “Forbes Armenia”.

“Here we get a kind of a garbled version - in many of the publications our information was presented in distorted way”, Petros Ghazarian noted.
