Today, Ardshinbank has placed $100 million in bonds on the international market. Reuters reports, the bonds come with a 12 percent coupon, and the payment will be done once in 6months. The bonds nominal cost makes USD 100 thousand.Ardshinbank distributed the bonds maturing in 2020 in cooperation with the J.P. Morgan investment bank which was the issue bookrunner.The bonds are listed in the Irish Stock Exchange.It’s the second issue of bonds by Ardshinbank. The first one took place on December 9, 2014.
