Yerevan, September 5 /Mediamax/. The “Sil Concern” Company holds negotiations with the President of the “Mika Limited” Company Mikhail Bagdasarov on purchasing 30% share of the “VTB-Armenia” Bank.

Mediamax reports that the Yerevan “168 Hours” newspaper writes about it today, noting that the “Sil Concern” confirmed the information about the negotiations with Mikhail Bagdasarov.

The President of the “Mika Limited” Company Mikhail Bagdasarov said in the August 31 interview to Mediamax, that if the Russian “Vneshtorgbank”, to which an official notification of the decision on selling the 30% share is already sent, refuses to purchase the package, it will be sold to a third party. “It is a well-known Armenian organization, which has serious work experience in the banking sphere”, Mikhail Bagdasarov said.

“Sil Concern” is the owner of the 50.6% shares of “Armeconombank”.
