Yerevan, August 21 /Mediamax/. The growth of Armenia’s GDP in January-July 2006 totaled 11,5% as compared to the same period last year. As the press service of the National Statistical Service of Armenia told Mediamax today, the GDP volume in January-July 2006 totaled 1092907.0mln drams. The volume of industrial production in the republic in January-July 2006 stood at 355379.1mln drams, having decreased by 1% as compared to the same period 2005. The average monthly salary in Armenia in January-July 2006 increased by 22,4% as compared to the same period last year, thus making 60554 drams. The salary of budget organizations has increased by 22,8%, making 42291drams during the accounting period, and the salary of non-budget organizations stood at 74245 drams (growth - 21,3%).
