Roskomnadzor has published a list of foreign messengers a number of organizations have been banned to use from March 1 by law.Frank Media reports that these organizations include banks, brokers, management companies, non-state pension funds, depositories and insurers. In particular, such messengers cannot be used to transfer payment documents, as well as provide information with the personal data of a Russian.Besides, the ban also includes information on money transfers in non-cash settlements, as well as information necessary for making payments, and information about accounts and deposits of Russians in banks. In addition, foreign messengers cannot be used when making various kinds of online payments.The list of such services is being approved by Roskomnadzor.
