The Russian Central Bank has included new payment system Hello into the national register of credit institutions, TASS reports, citing the regulator.

According to it, the payment system has been registered on April 15. The operator of the payment system is Hello LLC registered in Moscow in 2016. Transcapitalbank will be the operator of the system’s payment infrastructure.

“Payment system Hello is a set of payment services and institutions (payment system operator, payment infrastructure service providers, participants) united by a single information space and interacting for money transfers, including e-money,” the document posted on the payment system’s site reads.

The transfer tariffs within Russia, cross-border and transit are posted on the official site.

In particular, the commission for such a transfer within Russia will be from 0 to 6% of the transfer amount or a fixed amount from 0 to 1,500 rubles.

Cross-border transfer tariff will be from 0 to 6% of the transfer amount or a fixed amount from 0 ruble/ USD/Euro/Yuan to 6,000 rubles/300 USD/300 Euro/300 Yuan.
