Last year, the number of downloads grew by 45% in 2020 and by another 24% in Q1 of 2021.Growth was not as significant but steady in the number of downloads in the financial services sector (applications for mobile transfers, money payments, budget management, etc.). From Q1 of 2020 to Q1 of 2021 inclusive, the number of downloads increased by an average of 20% per quarter.Installations of traditional banking apps grew by 15% over the past year, and the growth accelerated up to 22% in Q1 of 2021.
