"Artsakh HPP" LLC became the third company after ARARATBANK and SAS Group to publicly place its dollar bonds in Armenia.

The volume of emission is USD6mln, nominal cost of 1 bond - USD10 000, annual profitability - 10%, turnover term - 36months. Coupons will be paid once in 6 months, Armswissbank (underwriter of the emission) reported.

The process of bonds replacement will last till December 18.

The application for bonds purchase should be submitted in written or through Armswissbank website (www.armswissbank.am). The e-application should be sent to underwriting@armswissbank.am.

After the placement, bonds will be listed on NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange.
