NASDAQ OMX Armenia announced the winners of Best Members Awards 2016 on February 3, 2017.

The establishment informed that the Annual Ceremony was held for the 7th time in a row. The most active Members of the Exchange and the Depository for the year 2016 were announced during the event.

Best Exchange Member in Corporate Securities Market was recognized Armenbrok. Renesa and Armswissbank were among the best performers/nominees in corporate securities market.

Best Exchange Member in Government Bonds Market was recognized Araratbank, competing with Armswissbank and VTB Bank (Armenia).

Best Exchange Member in Foreign Currency Market was recognized Anelik bank, competing with Ardshinbank and VTB Bank (Armenia).

Best Exchange Member in Repo/Swap Transactions was recognized Converse Bank. The other best nominees for this award were Artsakhbank and Capital Investments.

The Grand Prix for Best Exchange Member 2016 was awarded to VTB Bank (Armenia), competing with Araratbank and Ameriabank.

Hasmik Matevosyan, trader of Converse Bank was recognized as the Best Trading Partner for 2016, through voting by secret ballot among the traders.

Best Account Pperator-Custodian of Depository System in Corporate Securities Market became Armenbrok. The other best nominees for this award were Ameriabank and Armeconombank.

Best Account Operator-Custodian of Depository System in Foreign Securities Market became Ameriabank, competing with Armenbrok and Armswissbank.

Best Account Operator-Registry Keeper of Depository System became Armenbrok, competing with Ameriabank and Armbusinessbank.

Best Member of Stock Exchange Settlement System became Armenbrok, competing with Armswissbank and Araratbank.

The Grand Prix for Best Member in Unified System of Securities Registration and Settlement was awarded to Armenbrok. The other best nominees for this award were Ameriabank and Armswissbank.

Best Performer in Unified System of Securities Registration and Settlement became Ruzanna Abrahamyan, UNIBANK. The other nominees for this award were Elmira Ghalumyan, Armenbrok and Lusine Davtyan, Armswissbank.
