Placement of nominal discount bonds (NMCCB1E) by National Mortgage Company Refinancing Credit Organization (NMC RCO) took place at NASDAQ OMX Armenia on May 20, 2016.

According to the exchange press release, the company submitted for placement 170,000 discount bonds for the amount of AMD 1,700,000,000 with nominal value of AMD 10,000 and maturity period of 12 months.  

17 transactions were concluded during the placement, as a result of which bonds for a total of AMD 573,728,510.55 were placed.

Cut-off price of the bonds was AMD 8,996.63, weighted average yield was 10.9169% and the cut-off yield stood at 11%.
