Turkish banker Ihsan Uğur Delikanli is appointed new President of the Black Sea Trade and Development Bank (BSTDB). He is replacing Andrey Kondakov, who has run the Bank since July 2010.

As BSTDB press-service told Banks.am, the appointment was made by the bank’s Board of Governors for a four-year term.

Delikanli held various executive positions in Turkey’s financial and banking sector. In 2012, he was appointed Executive Vice President of Aktif Turkish Investment Bank. He also served as the representative of the Republic of Turkey at Basel Banking Supervision Committee over 2009-2012.
