Yerevan /Mediamax/. The Armenian government approved the list of priority measures to be taken within the process of joining the Customs Union today. Deputy Minister of Economy of Armenia Karine Minasyan said that a relevant coordination commission and 7 task forces will be established to prepare the negotiation process for membership to the Customs Union, Mediamax reports. The first task force is supposed to discuss general provisions of the agreement, the 2nd will be engaged in tariff issues, 3rd- non-tariff settlement issues (i.e. technical hindrances to be eliminated). The Deputy Minister added that the 4th task force will settle technical issues, 5th - tax and customs issues, 6th - infrastructure study, 7th- competition issues."It's very important for us to realize the decision as soon as possible so as the country could use the benefits granted by Customs Union", said Karine Minasyan.
