Board of "Anelik Bank" CJSC accepted the request of Chairman of Board Samvel Chzmachyan to resign from the post on the occasion of getting elected as Chairman of Union of Banks of Armenia (UBA).

"Taking up the position of President of UBA from May 2013, I worked both as Chairman of Board of "Anelik Bank" CJSC and President of UBA. The session of the Board of Union of Banks of Armenia decided to extend the role and significance of the Union of Banks. In this case, it's rather difficult and why not, it's impossible to work in 2 positions simultaneously. Taking into account the above mentioned, I made a decision to only take up the position of President of Union of Banks of Armenia", noted Samvel Chzmachyan.

Deputy Chairman of Board of the bank Babik Najaryan was appointed acting Chairman of Board of Anelik Bank.
