Yerevan /Mediamax/.  Chairman of Republic Union of Armenian Employers Gagik Makaryan stated today that increase in gas price will strike the energy producing enterprises and small and medium business.

Gagik Makaryan said that increase in gas price will have a negative impact on especially confectionary producing  companies, Mediamax reports

"The small and medium enterprise is already on low-profit level in our country. Just imagine what will happen that increase in gas prices is added to it. These companies will have to both increase the prices or have no profit", noted Gagik Makaryan.

According to him, decrease in the country's population and people's purchase ability decline already affected small and medium enterprises.

Gagik Minasyan said his didn't quite understand the statement made by Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan on 30% subsidizing.
