Yerevan/Mediamax/. "ArmRusGazard" CJSC and "Transgaz" LLC owned by it turned to the Public Services Regulatory Commission (PSRC) of Armenia to review the tariffs for natural gas.

Upon the offer, the price for natural gas is expected to be set at AMD 221 thousand (USD 532) against current AMD132 thousand (USD318) for up to 10 000 thousand cubic meters. As a result, the gas price is offered to grow by 67% for the people.

The calculation formula for those who consumer more than 10 thousand cubic meters was also offered to be changed - as a result, the gas price will grow by 61%.

According to the regulations, the PSRC will examine the request of ArmRusGazard and Transgaz within 90 days.
