Central Bank of Armenia revoked the decision on allowing activities of "Contact" and "Blizko" money transfer systems in Armenia.
    
"The Central Bank decided that "RUSSLAVBANK" CJSC which is the operator of "Contact" system in Armenia suspended the Armenian banks' availability of using the system in Armenia without any grounds", the statement of the CB reads.

Taking into account the above mentioned, the Board of CB revoked the decision on permission of operation of "Contact" payment system in Armenia.

A similar explanation was given concerning "Blizko" system as well.
