Yerevan/Mediamax/. ARARATBANK and Belgian Incofin Investment Management company signed an agreement in Yerevan today according to which the latter purchase the 10% of the bank\'s shares.

The chief responsible of investment line of Incofin IM Girt Petermans who signed the agreement on behalf of the company noted that making investments in over 40 countries, the structure is going not only develop the business but also improve the social conditions in the regions.

\"We focus on agriculture and small and medium enterprise financing. Purchasing a share in ARARATBANK is conditioned by professionalism of the management and staff of the bank and the accordance of the bank\'s strategy with our mission\", said Girt Petermans.

Chairman of Board of ARARATBANK Ashot Osipyan noted that the share of Incofin IM in the bank\'s capital will allow it offering new instruments, servicing customers in international standards and boosting agriculture lending.

Cooperation between Incofin IM and ARARATBANK started in 2011 when the bank was provided a credit at USD3mln. Incofin realizes debt financing (through micro-financing and agriculture funding ) as well as capital financing.
