Binder Dijker Otte & Co (BDO) international audit company entered the Armenian market purchasing 100% of shares of Ameria Audit.From now on, Ameria Audit will be operating under BDO Armenia brand, Mediamax reports.BDO International Relations Director Alexander Verenkov noted that BDO Russian office put forward the initiative to start operating on the Armenian market and began searching for a convenient partner to this end. “The competition on the Armenian audit market is high. We are glad that we found an innovative partner here and we expect not only to introduce our technologies and develop the business in Armenia but also learn many things here”, said Alexander Verenkov.Director of Ameria Audit Artur Andreasyan who from now on will head the BDO Armenia said that the legislative changes of 2011 aimed at toughening the audit sector made Ameria Audit start thinking of introducing international innovative methodology and instruments. “The scope of our services won’t undergo considerable changes – it will include audit and related services.
