Yerevan/Mediamax/. According to Grant Thornton’s International Business Report (IBR), just over one in three senior management positions in businesses surveyed in Armenia are held by women (38%).

The survey conducted in Armenian companies revealed that more frequently women hold senior management positions of HR (27%) and Financial (25%) managers.

In Europe, 24% of women hold senior management positions, which is 4% higher than in 2009.
