Yerevan/Mediamax/. “Electric Networks of Armenia” (ENA) will represent Armenia at European Business Awards contest sponsored by HSBC banking group.

“We are proud that ENA will represent Armenia on the international arena. It is a great honor and a vital bench mark which opens new perspectives for us,” company CEO Yevgeniy Bibin stated.

ENA Economic and Financial Director Konstantin Fefilov said that “we look forward to the next stage of the contest where we are going to fight for the Ruban d’Honneur prize and for a victory in the nomination “Ecological and social responsibility”.

“Electric Networks of Armenia” CJSC was founded in May 2002. In June 2006, Interenergo B.V became the owner of 100% share of the company. At the same time, 67% share of Interenergo B.V. belongs to Russian “INTER RAO UES” OJSC.

ENA is one of the biggest tax payers of Armenia, serving about 950 000 consumers.
