Yerevan/Mediamax/. Ramada international hotel network will open its first hotel in Armenia.

Mediamax was informed on this in “Ameria” Consulting Company, with the assistance of which the license agreement with Wyndham Hotel Group was signed. According to the agreement, a four-star hotel complex Ramada Yerevan will be opened in Yerevan. It will become the first hotel of Ramada network in Armenia.

Besides elaboration of the business program, Ameria also realized financial planning of the hotel complex construction and assisted the parties in composing and concluding the agreement.

The hotel will be located on Leningradyan Avenue, 3 kilometers from Zvartnots Airport, in a business and residence district of Yerevan, which is in process of construction. The owner of the new hotel is “Romeo Hotel” CJSC. Opening of the hotel is planned for 2013.
