Yerevan /Mediamax/. Yevgeniy Bibin, 47 has been appointed head of “Electric Networks of Armenia” company.

The Board of Directors of “Electric Networks of Armenia” made this decision on January 17, Mediamax reports.

The previous head of the company, Yevgeniy Gladunchik, will continue to work within “INTER RAO UES” OJSC on a leading position.

Prior to his appointment as “ENA” Director General, Yevgeniy Bibin was the Director General of “Volgogradenergo” OJSC.

The owner of 100% share of “Electric Networks of Armenia” is “INTER RAO UES” OJSC. “ENA” serves nearly 948 000 customers and has an exclusive license for transmission and distribution of energy on the territory of Armenia.
