Yerevan /Mediamax/. “Reso” and “Nairi Insurance” paid out about 50 CTP insurance compensations at the total sum of 7-8mln AMD during the first two weeks of 2011. 

Mediamax reports that Heads of the mentioned insurance companies Samvel Grigoryan and Gor Khachatryan informed on this at a news conference in Yerevan today. 

Both insurance companies received in total 270 calls about cases of traffic accidents since the beginning of the year. 

Chairman of “Achilles” Center for Protection of Drivers’ Rights Eduard Hovhannisyan, who was present at the press conference, noted the important social role of CTP, marking at that the necessity to mitigate the fine at the volume of 50 000 for the drivers lacking insurance policy.
