Yerevan/Mediamax/. Armenian government should teach citizens to save money for their old age.

Mediamax reports that President of “Rosgosstrakh” Group of Companies Danil Khachaturov said this at a news conference in Yerevan today.

He noted that life insurance contributes to that. “Of course, we consider this type of insurance as provision of services in Armenia. However, legislative initiative is necessary for that, implying implementation of tax benefits”, Danil Khachaturov stated. At that he noted that this will contribute to formation of “long” money in the country’s economy.

Concerning insurance of pension deposits after the accumulative pension system starts functioning in Armenia, Danil Khachaturov informed that “we have the aim to provide all types of insurance in Armenia”. And if there is the necessity, according to “Rosgosstrakh” Group of Companies’ head, they intend to provide this type of services as well.
